A Rough Start

Today was the start of my food plan. Why start in the middle of the week you ask? Well there’s no time like the present. I started strong with 1.5 cups of scrambled eggs from the hospital cafeteria, but around lunch time I found myself scrambling to find something that I could eat that wasn’t my usual lays potato chips and an ice cream bar. Tonight starts my circuit training. 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes stair step, and 10 minutes kettlebell. I’ll check in tomorrow and tell you all how it went. So, chubby girls unite?
