Okay so I’ve watched some YouTube videos and done some research with calculators today. My goal for exercise is 3 times per week. As for food/diet due to my basal metabolic rate I should be consuming 1,718 calories per day, and for my muscle mass I need a minimum of 82 grams of protein daily. Next is carbs. That is tricky!! Us chubby girls LOVE our carbs. I need to stick to 20 net carbs a day. No one ever said getting in shape was easy, hell if it was we’d all be a size 2. But I told myself today if I can get to my goal weight (110 lbs) by the end of the year, I’d splurge on a weekend vacation for my birthday. So chubby girls, you with me?
