It’s time to get in shape!

So it’s the beginning of the year and as we all do, I’ve decided that my new year’s resolution will be to get in shape(and hopefully shed a few pounds in the process!). Day one, I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical. It’s a small start, but at least it’s a start! I’ve also bought a kettlebell and I have a stair step so I can create a circuit. I’m starting off this year weighing in at 150 lbs. My goal weight? Around 110. 364 days to get “fit”. What does fit mean to me? Well first off feeling confident in my body, being able to walk the stairs without huffing and puffing like an asthmatic. Being able to walk more than 500 steps without my back being in agony. So here’s to the chubby girls who want to feel better about themselves, or to the ones that are confident in themselves but still want to lose a little bit. Are you with me?
